Cairo – Mubasher: Misr Beni Suef Cement’s ordinary general meeting (OGM) has approved to distribute cash dividends of EGP 2 per share for fiscal year 2016.

The OGM also agreed to transfer EGP 39.19 million to retained profits, a bourse statement said on Tuesday.

Furthermore, shareholders adopted the financial statements for the year ended on 31 December 2016, in addition to the board's and auditors' reports on the year.
